Oliver Lukuba
At Women’s Health AI, Oliver serves as our Ambassador in Tanzania. She organizes community workshops, partners with local clinics, and helps deliver our breast cancer education and support programs to women in her region.
Oliver Lukuba is a passionate advocate for women’s health and empowerment, currently contributing her expertise to Women's Health AI, an organization committed to spreading awareness about breast cancer through technology and education.
As the founder of HEIMO Female, Oliver has led initiatives providing sustainable menstrual products to women across Tanzania, reaching over 500 beneficiaries in more than 30 schools. Her work blends technology, sustainability, and social justice values she continues to amplify through mentorship at APPS & Girls and community roles with the U.S. Embassy’s Access Program.
With a background in public policy and law from the University of Arizona and a global network through the Rise for the World program, Oliver is devoted to using innovation and compassion to uplift women’s voices and transform health access across Africa and beyond.
