Disha Gupta

Disha Gupta is the Founder and Executive Director of Womens-Health.AI, a global organization leveraging technology to transform breast cancer care. She oversees innovation across diagnostics and digital health infrastructure while leading an international team that advances access to screening and treatment in under-resourced settings.

Her leadership began with the development of a digital assessment tool for hereditary breast cancer risk, followed by an AI-driven platform designed to enable earlier and more accurate detection. Under her direction, Womens-Health.AI has driven measurable progress in communities often excluded from conventional healthcare systems.

Recognized as a 2024 Rise Global Fellow, an honor awarded to fewer than 0.1% of applicants, Disha combines technical expertise with a global health perspective to bridge the divide between innovation and accessibility. She also co-founded the STEM4All Silicon Valley branch of StemE, expanding educational opportunity for underserved students, and serves as Editor-in-Chief of Humans of Harker, where she leads a newsroom of more than 80 journalists producing nationally acclaimed work.
